2. About House of Kava
House of Kava is an Australian-based importer and supplier of premium noble kava products. We operate as a wholesale supplier to businesses and a direct-to-consumer retailer. Our registered business operates under Australian law.
3. Products and Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary from the actual product. All kava products sold by House of Kava are derived from noble kava cultivars and comply with Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) requirements.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Wholesale pricing is provided on application and may differ from retail pricing. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. For wholesale orders, payment terms may be agreed separately in writing.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise arranged for wholesale orders.
7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of House of Kava or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Kava shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
